Stephen B. Shaw

Stephen B. Shaw is the Founding Principal of enStratalytics LLC. Mr. Shaw is an energy industry executive with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the utility/energy industry including senior leadership positions in finance, accounting, and strategy. Mr. Shaw’s experience includes responsibility for financial planning, corporate finance, and general accounting at a top tier U.S. energy company. Mr. Shaw was appointed Assistant Controller with responsibility for all aspects of general accounting as well as Controller and sole financial officer for a $200 million marketing subsidiary. As a Principal with a top management consulting firm, Mr. Shaw has experience consulting to and advising senior management and operating teams. Most recently Mr. Shaw has been Vice President of Strategic Planning at ANR Pipeline Company.

Mr. Shaw holds both a Master of Arts in Economics, specializing in Econometrics from Wayne State University, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Eastern Michigan University. He also has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Economics and Business Administration from Albion College.

Mr. Shaw’s experience spans a wide variety of areas, including Strategic and Operational Planning, Corporate Reorganization/Change Management, Accounting, Finance, Corporate Development, Marketing, Treasury, and Human Resources.
